Natural wall staining!

Woke up this morning determined to finally after a year and a half to do something about my ugly and uninspiring white walls.My big idea was to do a coffee/tea stain that is sponged onto the wall. It looked absolutey beautiful. That is until it wiped right off! Must be the type of paint underneath. So Im still staring at blank walls. I guess I will just have to break down and buy some paint. Those of you wanting to try the coffee stain dont be frightend off. My sister had great success doing this a few years ago. Hopefully tomorrow will be a more fruitful day. Blessings to all!

A little about me!

My very first post. How exciting! I am a mother of 2 and 38 years old. I've been married to the same man for almost 15 years.  I have a 14 year old boy and a 1 yr old daughter. I know a big age difference right? Lets just say the last year has been full of changes and loving every minute of it. I've been homeschooling my oldest for 6 years now. I enjoy cooking, scrapbooking,(all crafts)just started sewing for my little princess. I love anything I can do with my family. Ive been a christian since I was 4 years old. If you want to hear about children,crafts,cooking,remodeling and simply living then I'll be here!
